New Holistic Workout Class
Ian Holistic Workout blends stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques with core elements of Gung Fu conditioning to gain focus coordination and strength. Classes will be on Fridays from 9 to 10 a.m. at Gulfport Recreation Center starting November 5. Class fees will be $7 per class and pre-paid classes available for a discount.
